Job Description

We’re looking for a kind, responsible, and trustworthy nanny/housekeeper to join our family in St. Lucy, Barbados. Your main duties will include caring for our children when they’re not at school, helping around the house with cleaning and laundry, and babysitting one evening per week so we can enjoy a dinner out. You’ll have one full day off each week and live as part of our family—not just as a helper, but as someone we truly welcome like a new family member.
We do have expectations—we’re looking for someone solid, dependable, and committed, who truly wants to be with us for the long term. We hope this will be the beginning of a meaningful and lasting journey together.

We are a warm, down-to-earth family living in the Manager’s House at Bromefield Plantation in St. Lucy, Barbados—a peaceful and historic estate surrounded by nature. Our home is spacious and charming, offering a calm, safe environment that’s perfect for raising young children.

You’ll be living in a well-kept, private area of the house with your own comfortable, furnished bedroom, and access to shared family spaces. The children—including our baby—have their own rooms, and the bathroom is shared among the kids. Our home is filled with love, good energy, and a rhythm that blends structure with flexibility.
