Dear future au pair,

we are happy that you are interested in our family. We, Daniela and Johannes, live with our children Oskar (10), Margarete (4) and Konrad (1) in a village near Bruchsal, Baden-Württemberg. We are expecting another child in March. There are also animals on our property such as cows, goats, sheep, chickens, ducks, geese and guinea pigs.

We are looking for an au pair who will help us with our daily routine with the children and in the household: getting ready in the morning, shopping, cooking or driving to hobbies. A driving license would be helpful. We would also like you to play with the children and go on short trips.

It would be nice if you spoke Swedish with us so that we can practice the language better and learn more about Swedish culture. At the same time, you will have many opportunities to speak German and get to know our culture better.

In your free time you can explore Bruchsal, Bretten, Karlsruhe or Heidelberg, with their castles, cafes, museums and leisure activities. The surrounding area offers many opportunities for hiking, cycling or relaxing by lakes.

You will have your own room and bathroom on the ground floor. There is internet and a TV. We share the kitchen upstairs and there is another kitchen available for occasional use.

As this is our first experience with an au pair, we want to make sure that you feel comfortable with us. We look forward to a great time together and to learning from each other!
