Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hi! We are a young couple and we are looking for a nanny to come help us in our household. We currently have two beautiful children and my wife is due our third in january. I work US hours and I am out the house between 4pm till 2am and this is going to be really tough on my wife with the new baby. We are looking for someone that can work for the first few months during the evening and nights. I.e. 4pm - 7pm to help my wife with suppertime and the children and bedtime etc.. (7pm) and then from 7pm till 8am to help with feeding the baby every 2 hours. and then off from 8am till 4pm. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS FOR 5 DAYS per week (Sun-Thu) after a few months once the baby is sleeping at night if the nanny wants to continue working at our house we can transition to a daytime role. We are looking to pay $3,000 per month
