Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hello, we are at the moment a cute little family of 3 living on the magical island Madeira and would love to welcome you. We live in a beautiful house with big garden, pool and stunning views of the sea and sunsets. Soon our family will grow as we are expecting twin boys in early August.

A nice little village awaits you with cafés, restaurants, supermarket and nature walks reachable by foot. Calheta beach is only 10 minutes away by car. There are also occasional buses down to the beach and to the capital city Funchal. Enjoy the wonderful mild climate, lots of sunshine, tranquility and nature.

Job Description

We need you primary to spend playful time with and care for our little Julie who will turn two years in March. Also it would be great if you could help out with the newborns and sometimes give a helping hand with household chores. We like Julie to have a positive environment for her to grow and develop well.

The usual skills for an au pair are required such as knowledge about child development, safety, communication, creativity, problem-solving, and flexibility to provide nurturing and playful care.
