Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

We are a small family.

Daddy works abroad and is away for long periods of time. Mommy works from home. It's kind of like a single-parent family, so we are looking for some help to manage our little creature's daily routine.

We live just outside Calvi about 10km from the village center. In Corsica, Calvi is a very popular tourist attraction. With a population of 6000 full-time residents, which can increase up to 50,000 in summer. Active day and night life. A beautiful island with a natural untouch environment. From mountain to sea, your activity options are large.

There isn't much public transport, and most people drive around. This enables them to have a lot more independence and freedom.

Job Description

Due to the fact that dad is often away for work, we are looking for someone to look after our little girl while he is away.

It will mainly be getting her ready for school or day care. There will be very little chores around the house, mommy has her routine. Picking up our daughter after school or day care, keeping her occupied for a few hours until mommy finishes work.

Might cook. (2 - 3 times a week) if mommy is over busy.

Taking the little girl to extracurricular activities. Horse riding, Judo and swimming.

We would like our daughter to progress in English, and be exposed to other cultures.

It is likely that you will be free most of the time, and weekend off. We may ask to babysit when dad is around for our "Date Nights"
