Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hello!
We are Verusca and Dario, parents of our 7 yo little girl Vittoria. We live in a big house with garden and we have a dog, Aury. We live in Camaiore, 8 km far from the beach. We are looking for an au pair English mother tongue girl to help us managingf our daughter as baby sitter, also capable to be a good English teacher to help Vittoria to improve/learn English. Vittoria attends the second grade primary school, from Monday to Friday 8:30-16:30 and four times a week she has sports activities that keep her busy until 17:30-18:00. The school will end on June 10th and will restart on mid September, so the au pair will spend more time with her in this period mostly on the beach. From where we live you can reach and visit Tuscany places like Lucca, Pisa, Firenze and many other tipical tuscan places. We have an active social life and Vittoria, as she attends an international school, she has many friends coming from outside Italy. Our need would be from March to September, but we are flexible

Job Description

We expect you to baby sit Vittoria while helping her to improve her English, so we expect an au pair girl very keen to teach others and with a structured approach. As baby sitter, we expect you to keep Vittoria safe, without exposing her to unnecessary risks.
We expect an au pair girl with a natural interest for kids and happy to spend time with them; proactivity and leardership are essential. As kids learn mostly by example, we expect th au pair girl not to be a smoker, to dress properly and to act with integrity and respect for others and envireoment. We expect the au pair girl to be able to cook a healthy meal for our daughter.
Rountine looks like:
Till Jun 10th Vittoria from Monday to Friday Vittoria attends school which starts at 8:30 and ends at 16:30. Four times a week she does after-school activities until 5.30pm/6pm; the au pair will pick Vittoria up and will drive her to activities.
From Jun 10th till Sept 10th Vittoria will have the summer break, so the routine will change into a wake up around 10:00, thne some homework, then beach for the rest of the day.
Saturdays and Sundays are free.

Accommodation

Our house is 250 sqm with 2500 sqm garden. No pool for now. For the au pair girl, we have a guest room with a king size bed with a wardrobe, and a private full bathroom with shower.
We have a external area with table and chairs and sofas, where relax and have meals as well
