Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hello,
My name is Melissa and I am a working mum caring for my niece Taylor. We live with my mother Sandra in Ballarat approximately 1.5 hours away from Melbourne CBD.
We have 3 pets including a dog, cat and goldfish.
Ballarat has a local university called Fed Uni and our home has access to wifi/internet 24/7.
We would welcome a person into our home and hope to meet someone who is friendly, responsible and respectful of living with others. In regards to Taylor's care I would like someone calm, patient and persistent who can help her focus.

Job Description

I would like someone to assist with Taylor's life skills whilst I return to full time work.
The role would be responsible for waking Taylor up, reminding her to wash and dress and to eat her breakfast.
Tay may have a school event to attend or participate in online learning including maths, art, cooking and reading. Tay struggles to engage in schooling and needs encouragement and patience but also discipline to continue tasks she doesn't like.
I would like someone who can encourage Tay to look after her self and a home such as doing the dishes, making healthy meals, cleaning her room etc. Although it sounds like a lot the main task is to help her develop life skills, personal discipline and social interaction. The role with require patience and persistence.
