Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hello,
We are looking for my now 7 1/2 year old home schooling son. The schooling part is not dramatically much, around 1 hour daily; he is doing 6th grade stuff ATM.
Additionally you would look after him as needed. You can expect a live-in situation with a reasonable amount of spare time and privacy.
We selected Indonesia as this is currently our main place of residence, but we travel and you should be able to join us (Asia, Europe). We are in Germany now. I guess that is why there is the German flag. But we are going back to Bali in mid-JAN.

Job Description

It would like be a live-in situation, but that can be discussed. You would definitely have the opportunity to improve spoken English during your work, practicing German might be an option but no requirement.
You would supervise Finn’s learning, maybe help to understand in case of difficulties. Household duties, errants and such would also be part of the job. During the stay in Bali there would most likely be some household staff for cleaning and simple tasks. You would communicate with them and supervise. Depending on your skills you might also have the opportunity to expand and practice other skills in a business environment.
Your pocket money has to be in line with the salary structure of our local staff for fairness and to avoid envy.
