Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

We are an international family of 5 (two parents and three daughters) living above Cannes, in the south of France. We speak English and French at home.

We are looking for a full time person who can help take care of our house and three daughters, aged 8, 5 and 3. We need someone with experience, who can also do cleaning, grocery shopping and some cooking.

The job is about 50% house cleaning, 30% laundry, shopping and cooking, and 20% taking care of kids

We pay a salary of 1000 EUR per month.

Job Description

We are looking for someone who can clean the house, doing laundry, shopping, cooking, and taking care of the girls, mostly in the evening plus Wednesdays and a bit Saturday. You will play with them, cook for them and feed them, and put them to bed (not every day but most).

The parents will be there to help of course, but the goal is to allow us (the parents) to have the evening off sometimes.

During the day, when the two oldest girls are at school, you will clean the house, also do some grocery shopping and some simple cooking, tidying up the kitchen plus some laundry.

Accommodation

You will have a small bedroom with a private terrasse, offering lots of privacy. You will share a bathroom with the girls. The bedroom is quite small (3mx2m) and only fits a single size bed but is very cosy and nicely arranged.
