Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hi, we are a portuguese german family of 5. We have 3 kids, Benni 6, Olivia 3 and Nikolaus 3 months old. We live in the lovely beach village of Cascais and enjoy the nature around where we live.
From the Au pair experience we hope to meet a lovely person that will become our extended family. When I was young, I had many experiences of hosting and being myself an exchange student and loved these experience. Now, that I am a mother myself I would love to pass on the tradition and give my kids this enriching experience. From on au pair we would expect mainly to play with our kids and do sibling like things such as play football im the garden, go to the playground read books or play board games. We are not looking for a nanny that would take care of our children alone.we speak portuguese german and english at home.

We would love if the Au pair could help us read with our 6 year old as well as do some type of playfully learning. Besides thatvwe are looking for a playful, energetic person that loves going to the beach and the woods for hikes, riding bikes and tru new things. We are not very keen on screens around our children
