Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

We are currently looking for someone to start in January 2025.

Hello there. We are a family of three: Aindreas, the papa. Ada, the little one and myself, Patricia.

Ada is currently 1 year old and just started walking around. I need help to to keep her safe and happy. We are looking for someone energetic, responsible, hardworking and caring to take care of Ada, change her clothes/nappies, playing with her, taking her to the park, feeding her (bottle and BLW), cleaning her room, doing her laundry, cooking her lunch if we have no meals that she eats.

As for general housework it would be great if you can cook two meals for all of us twice a week. Tidying up and cleaning the kitchen/sitting room area ( it's a open plan). The cleaning involves cleaning countertops, cleaning the sink, load/unload dishwasher, hoovering and cleaning the floor once a week ( we have a robot but he doesn't do a great job).

Preference for someone who speaks English so we can communicate effectively.

Ada's current routine

7:00 or 8:00 wakes up
8:30 - 9:00 breakfast
Between 11:00 and 11:30 bottle of milk, nap time
12:15- 13:00 wakes up
Have lunch
14:30-16:30 goes to the park
17:20 dinner
18:40 brush teeth, get ready for bed, bottle
19:00 bedtime

Proposed times to aupair

Monday to Friday
We still trying to figure out the hours. Being maximum 8h per day with 1h rest, Monday to Friday

Pay, our budget is of 500€ per month (can be paid weekly)

Alternatively, if you are able to feed and out Ada to bed for Naptime. You could do half day

Accommodation

We have a 4 bedroom house.
You will also have Wifi and can offer the use of a TV and Xbox. Note that watching things during Adas bedtime will need to be with headphones.
We have an open plan living area, a patio with a hammock, a garden and a swimming pool. The pool is outdoors and not heated. Temperatures are good for swimming between late May to late September.
We are 15 minutes walk to a very nice fine sand beach that is good for swimming until early November.
There are bike lanes that lead to 2 more towns along the coast and that lead all the way into Castellon de la Plana. We do have a bicycle that you could use.
