Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hello!

We are looking for elderly care help for my father in law. He is 89 year old and suffers from dementia/Alzheimers. He lives in his own home with his wife. Although she is still in good health and is very outgoing, she is 8yo and could use some help with him. My mother in law still drives and gets around really well. My In laws are originally from India and speak Malayalam. They have 2 sons who live close by. They also have 2 awesome grandchildren who see them once a week :)

Job Description

The job would include caring for my father in law mainly. He needs help getting out of bed. He ambulates with the help of a cane or walker. He would enjoy short walks in the neighborhood or even a trip to the library. My mother in law would enjoy help with light house work (including laundry) and some cooking.

They both would enjoy companionship.
