Work abroad as an Au Pair in Celrà, Girona Spain for >1 year in Esther's family

Our aupair's job will consist basically of taking care of the children: picking them up from school at 4:30 p.m., being with them playing or doing homework, taking them to the basket when they have that activity, helping them with the bathroom and preparing them dinner, and be with them until we get home at approximately 8:30 p.m.
We consider our aupair another member of the family, and as such we appreciate collaboration with the daily tasks of every family, such as setting or picking up the table for example. Here we all help and we all collaborate.
The only specific task in terms of domestic work for which we ask for help is ironing clothes. We don't have much time to do it due to our work schedules.
As for the time dedicated to children, we would like that time to be really dedicated to them and the person who is taking care of them is not more time looking at the mobile phone than them or spending more time smoking in the garden than playing with them, so we ask that while you are with children do not smoke or play with your mobile.
