My name is Fabrizio, I am 54 years old and I am a single father. I have 3 children: Bianca, 7, who attends primary school, Emma, 11, and Marcello, 18, who will be abroad with Intercultura for the 2024/2025 school year.
The relationship with the ex-wife is very good and we still often spend time together (birthdays, parties, trips and Sunday lunches).
I am the director of a chemical plant but I manage to respect almost office-like hours (8-17).
The children are with me 50% of the time and even a little more.
The atmosphere at home is very good and we are looking for an au pair both to manage the afternoons and to share a part of our life.
Since October 2023, a Spanish au pair has been living with us with whom we have gotten along very well. During this period, she will start working nearby and her intention is to continue living in Italy.
Cesena is a city of almost 100,000 inhabitants 14 km from the sea and 90 km from Bologna.
It is a place that I would define as safe.
It has some university courses (Economics and Management, Engineering and Architecture, Veterinary Science, Psychology and Agro-Food Sciences).

Job Description

What I ask the au pair is to accompany the girls to school a little later, around 8:00 and pick them up from school at the end of class, around 13:00.
Eat with them and then do their homework and accompany them to the afternoon activities.
Your free time would therefore be in the morning, while the girls are at school, and in the afternoon-evening from my return onwards (approximately around 18:30).
Weekends would generally be free.
Of course you can stay with us as long as you want because you will be treated like a member of the family.
For personal money, I had in mind 3-400 euros -as suggested by AuPairWorld-, but I am open to any request.
I bought a new Opel Corsa, with manual transmission, to use for going around with the girls.
