Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hi, my name is Mike and I am looking for someone to help with my wife(Kim) when I am working or traveling. She has been diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer's and just needs some help around the house with daily chores and errands. We also have two dogs that she loves and needs help to walk and feed them.
We live very close to the city/town center and it's only a 15 minute walk. The University of North Carolina is also located just minutes from our home. There is a great bus system throughout the town.

We plan to have the caregiver live in their "own" apartment that we are finishing up over our stand alone garage. This will give them some freedom and peace and quiet. We plan on having wifi in the apartment for the caregiver to use.
