Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hello.
We are both teachers and have 2 baby girls needing an Au Pair. We have had a good Au Pair girl before and it was a successful time together. We are used to sharing our home and we are an easy relaxed family.
We have a 2 year old girl and new baby girl.
Newcastle is a great city. We live in a big house. You can easily meet other people as there is a good mix of cultures and languages here.
You will be free in the evenings and weekends to socialise. You do not have to work school holidays. There is easy bus and metro to get to the shops, town centre, beach, etc. We are happy for you to find work elsewhere in the school holidays.

Job Description

2year old usually has a good sleep in the afternoon. If both children are sleeping we would expect you to relax and sleep too so you have energy for the children. Not to do housework.
Pocket money negotiable with extra £10 per babysitting for parents school commitments and sports fixtures. Living and eating as part of the family in the evenings and maybe helping mum with babies bath time if dad is working.
Usually Monday to Friday working with weekends free for you to relax and do your own thing, or have another part time job elsewhere should you wish.
We need someone to start when schools begin again 1st September and hope you will stay until next summer, July 2020. We do not expect you to do housework or cooking as you need to only concentrate on the children.
We pay pocket money £70 weekly every week in advance. We would like you to have a Revolut Visa card so we can pay you easily.
You will usually not be required to work during all U.K. school holidays although we will still pay you the same monthly amount. This will allow you to relax at our house, work elsewhere, travel or go home should you wish. School holidays are approximately 1week in October, 2-3weeks at Christmas, 1week in February, 2-3weeks at Easter, 1week in June. The position will end at the beginning of the summer holidays in July 2020.
Please note Newcastle-Upon-Tyne is in the North of England and very far from London. But it is a vibrant city with great shopping and plenty to do. We are near the beach and the public transport is excellent for getting around at weekends on your time off.
