Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hello! My husband and I are looking for an au pair for our 3-year-old son, Cade. We live in a medium-sized city and are 15 minutes from multiple major cities. We are about 2 1/2 hours from Washington DC. We would work with you on transportation to where you need to go, and we are very respectful of your time. You would not work more than 40 hours unless we both agreed on additional time and pay for you.

You would have a private room and full access to the communal spaces in the house.

Our son is autistic and does not speak or understand any language. However, he is not very difficult to manage. You just have to ensure he is safe and entertained. We will need help with potty-training. During the school year, he goes to a half-day preschool so you would need to get him on and off the bus.
