Hello! We are Tucker and Emily. We are currently due to have a baby in August and are looking for childcare for 6 months, from January 2026 - June 2026. We live in Chicago, USA and have a golden retriever named Bruce. Tucker is a teacher and Emily works in healthcare. We have both traveled the world quite a bit and want to instill a love for various cultures as we raise our family.

Job Description

We are looking for an au pair to fulfill the daily duties of childcare - playing, diaper changing, feeding, putting an infant down for naps. Your day would typically begin at 8 am and go until 330 pm, depending on when Tucker gets home from work. You will have weekends off. We can also offer you weeks off that match up with Tucker's school schedule (winter break, holiday weekends, etc.) in which you could travel or explore Chicago. The evenings are yours to spend alone or with friends, however we'd ask that you respect our schedule as well.
