Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hello prospective Au Pair! We are two very friendly, open-minded Canadians with two happy children!

As two working parents working demanding jobs, we are tired at the end of the day. We are looking for someone to join our family to help us so that our children are well looked after. In return, we look forward to supporting you as you learn about Canada in a welcoming environment.

*Please note we will only consider applicants from countries with a working holiday visa program agreement with Canada.

Job Description

Looking for someone to join our family and assist us with caring for our two children! Our daughter is starting kindergarten in the fall. Our son will be in daycare. Will require assistance getting the children ready and transporting to daycare and school in the mornings, picking them up in the afternoons, getting snacks and meals ready, helping to enforce tidying up, healthy eating, and daily play to reduce their dependence on TV. Likely 2 hours of support in the morning, 3 in the evening Monday to Friday, the occasional sick day, with every other Friday on so that mom and dad can go out on date night. Off on Saturdays and Sundays.
