Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Dear Au Pair,

We are a family of 5.

For (1 to 3 months, flexible to you) during September / October / November 2025, we are looking for a au-pair to take care of our 9 month old baby, 3 year old daughter and 5 year old son, from Monday to Friday in the morning and afternoons, (2 children are at school Monday - Friday 9 - 3 pm) , whilst we are at work. We also need help with cooking the meals, cleaning and doing the laundry. We are willing to offer generous pocket money for the right person. You'd also have access to a car - driving is essential where we live.

Our children are intelligent, easy to manage and cheerful with a good routine of meals, naps and play.

You are invited to live with us (you'll have your own room /shared bathroom with 1 other person) and we would be glad to help you with any other interests, hobbies or development you would like to engage in, in the evenings and weekends. We'd love you to become part of the family.

1. Prepare breakfast for children, dress them & get them ready for school nursery
2. Drop them off at school(3 miles away - driving)
3. Pick them up from schoolin the afternoon, and take them for any activities/classes: swimming, drama, sport
4. Take care of them till we return around 5:30 - 6:00pm.
