Work abroad in anna's family for 12-24 Months starting from May 2025 as an Au Pair to take care of 3 children of 1 - 5 years old & 6 - 10 years old in College Station, Texas USA

My family is looking for a Spanish-speaking au pair from any country in Europe, Mexico, Central or South America. Ideally she holds Christian values. We would love to have someone who is ambitious and hard-working, as we are very hard-working and believe that is an important trait for our children to see as well. We also try to cook/eat healthy, be active, and spend time outside, so someone who shares in those goals will fit in best.

We hope for the au pair to be energetic and playful and able to keep up with the kids' high energy levels. She will also need to be patient and empathetic to handle toddler emotions with a calm demeanor and be able to provide a comforting presence. Finally, the au pair should be organized and a good communicator. Since we are business owners, our work-lives sometimes have unexpected twists and turns, so although we prefer structure and routine, we often have to be flexible to adapt to the circumstances of life and business. Lastly, we would like for her to be trained in first aid for children.

We own a growing engineering firm with offices in College Station (home), Houston, Austin and Honduras. We have employees in Argentina and Honduras, as well as employees who are working in the US but are from Mexico and Brazil, and we have enjoyed getting to learn about all of their cultures. We have a close extended family, and several of my husband's family members living in the neighborhood. We regularly get together with his family and we would welcome the au pair to those gatherings!
