Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Greeting to all the wonderful Au Pairs,
There are two members in my family. I am a college professor and real estate professional. We enjoy traveling, going to parks, festivals, swimming, and events. We like to stay active and would be ideal for our family to have an au pair that enjoys traveling, going to the park and simply explore with us. My son goes to two schools Monday through Friday. He is a great little guy and like to have fun. He laughs and smile all the time and enjoys learning and playing with his trucks, cars, and educational material. Brayden’s teachers are currently assisting me modeling transitioning effectively. Brayden is struggling with transitioning from an activity that he enjoys to one he does not enjoy. This is a concern that I had a recently during a parent teaching conference the teacher discussed me. His support team has given me suggestions and we are all working together.
I have many experiences with other cultures. I was born and raised in Florida, lived in LA and San Francisco. My family started international travels when I was five. At that moment, I was aware that I loved meeting new people, learning from and experiences different cultures.
Our home is spacious, and you will have a private room and bathroom. One very specific household rules that our family expects is no smoking.
Our community is nice and quiet. There is a playground and pool behind our house. The city offers nice events downtown that are walkable and safe. We attend these events very often.
My child has a speech delay, but he does say words and provides direction to me, his teachers and is working with a speech therapist. He still does not like bath time, but I am working with him. We have a secondary home in south Florida. It is in a nice beach city. We visit approximately four times a year. We do expect our Au Pair to accompany us when we travel to Florida. I hope within the next six months we can have the Florida home as our first home and the South Carolina home as our second.
We are religious but, it is your choice concerning religion. I believe religion is an individual choice. We have no dietary restrictions. There is a bus stop less than half a mile away. Numerous schools within ten minutes and I also employed by a major University. Downtown is fifteen minutes away.
