Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hello,
1st MUST HAVE US VISA. I am looking for someone to take care of my mother in Watsonville California 24-7. We are looking for more of a servant type rather than care taker. She is 84 YO has her own house and car. She needs help moving around since she can no longer walk very well. She can not be left alone for longer than several hours. The ideal person would also know how to cook Mexican traditional dishes and be organized with maintaining her kitchen clean. If things work out we can look at a much longer stay. Currently looking at 6 months or more. Room and board is included with the salary. Looking for candidates to rotate on an ongoing basis See below for more information.

Job Description

The job is as follows:
-Care for Elderly woman 84 Years Old from approximately 9AM to 10PM 7 Days a week. Approximately 50% of the time the care taker will be on call during those hours.
-She would need help Dressing and getting in and out of her shower.
-Would need help standing up and getting to and from the bathroom approximately every 2 hours.
-Grocery Shopping
-Laundry (Washing Machine and Dryer provided in the house)
-Must know how to cook. Cooking meal's 2-3 times a day and providing snacks and fluids as requested.
-Maintaining Kitchen cleanup on a daily basis
-Cleaning up bathrooms and some housekeeping (Example; vacuuming, dusting) twice a week and as needed
-Driving her to her Doctors Appt's and arranging her medications
-Would need help at least 1 time during the night going to the bathroom.
-Must be able to communicate in Spanish

Benefits with Room and Board as follows:
-$300.00 -400 Weekly depending on experience, or $15K-20K USD a year Negotiable
-1 Private room with access to a hall Bathroom with shower. (equates to over $21,600.00 a year in California)
