Dear Au Pair,

We are so excited to welcome you into our family! Let us introduce ourselves, we are Mother and Father, and have a wonderful 4-year-old son. We live in a small Town in Lower Saxony in Germany, and we are looking forward to sharing our home, culture, and daily life with you.

Both of us work full-time, so having you as part of our family will be a huge support, especially in caring for our Son. He is a happy, curious, and energetic little boy who loves swimming, playing outside, arts and crafts, reading and playing football. Your main role will be to look after him, playing together, helping with his routine, and providing a warm and caring presence while we are at work.

In addition to childcare, we would really appreciate your help with some light household tasks to keep things running smoothly. This may include tidying up common areas, preparing simple meals or snacks, and occasionally helping with tasks like loading the dishwasher or organizing toys. We all contribute to keeping the home comfortable, and we hope you’ll feel like a valued part of our daily life.

As a family, we enjoy spending time together, We want you to feel at home with us, and we will do our best to make this a positive and rewarding experience for you.
