Work abroad in carole's family for 10-12 Months starting from Sep 2024 as an Au Pair and Nanny to take care of 1 children of 6 - 10 years old in DANGU, Hauts-de-France France

Hello, I am a grandmother of a little boy Aaron who now lives alone with his dad Charlie, my son, who recently separated from his partner. I look after Aaron quite often but unfortunately I can't always get away.
I live in the same village as Charlie, 200 metres from his home. The village has 560 inhabitants. We are 6 kilometres from the largest town where there are all the shops, doctors, hospital, leisure activities, schools, etc. We are 40 kilometres from the Paris region (1/2 hour) and 80 kilometres from Paris (1 hour)
Aaron goes to school in this town and he has to be taken to school at 8:15 am and picked up at 4:15 pm. Aaron doesn't have school on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Charlie, his dad, works in events and has to work on construction sites during the day or at night without regularity. He manages to be as present as possible with his son during the week and on weekends depending on his work sites.
Aaron's mother takes him with her without regularity.
We are looking for someone who can look after Aaron while his relatives work. This includes; getting up, breakfast, showers, trips to school, activities with Aaron, walks, games, homework, integrating learning English into daily life. For the salary, we have put an amount that may not reflect the demand, we will have to discuss it again. For an additional amount to be seen also, it would be necessary to consider a little cleaning, machine washing, meals...etc. but not obligatory.
Charlie's house is approximately 170 m2 on a plot of 1500 m2. There is a laundry room, a kitchen open to a large living room with fireplace, a games room, upstairs; 3 bedrooms, a dressing room, two bathrooms.
