Dear candidate,

We are looking for a nanny for our daughter Isabelle (10 years old) and our son Serge (8 years old). Our family speaks French and English.

The job is looking after them from school to evening, and all day on Wednesdays and during holidays. It includes loving them, feeding them, monitor they have done their homeworks and music rehearsal, driving them to school (morning and afternoons) and activities, especially on Wednesdays.

The nanny will also have to do the house-keeping (including ironing) and help for cooking. We will also ask her to walk the dog.

My husband and I work a lot, long hours during the days and we often travel. So we are looking for somebody ready to work long hours & to be flexible.

We see the nanny as a true partner, a second mother / grand-mother to the kids, on whom we can rely & who will become a member of the family. Our previous nanny stayed for 10 years ! :-)

We offer a legal contract (with French health insurance, 5 weeks paid holidays, etc… ). We will lend the nanny a car and the nanny will be hosted in an independent flat.

The initial duration of the contract is 1 year but we wish to extend it to longer period. We are carrying interviews in July and August, we propose a week trial perod in September and a start in September / October 2024.
