We would really like someone who can fit into our family as an aunt or uncle or cousin. The priority is to make sure that our son can speak german well enough when we move back to Germany. We would expect about 30 hours per week as our son will be attending half days at nursery during the week. When we are on holidays you will get your own room but you will be expected to support us more when there is no nursery or kids club. At most we would expect 35-38 hours per week but that is if my husband is working a lot. We’d like to have a flexible schedule based on events during the week. A “normal” schedule might look like picking up our son from nursery at 2pm and taking care of him while interacting in German, learning ABCs, numbers, taking him to other activities, and then feeding him dinner at 6pm. Pocket money would be largely based on experience and expected hours. Monthly pay could range between 500-750 euros (non taxed) plus additional for babysitting beyond expected hours. We are open to negotiate for the right candidate. You will get one annual flight home for free, and we can discuss visitors staying with you in our home based on our family schedule/number of people/duration/etc.
