Welcome Letter to the Au Pair
The recruited person will have to take care of the management of the infant according to a pre-established program with the client who will provide guidelines and precise management instructions.
The role includes responsibilities and therefore only people with the following characteristics will be contacted, interviewed and recruited:
- Age between 40 and 60 years
- Experience of at least 5 years as a domestic worker with good families and good management references
- Babysitting experience with infants
- Cooking experience
- Good command of one of the following languages: English, Italian German or French
- Polite, discreet, hardworking and organized personality; maniacally clean and tidy
- Likely to be able to travel and to continually travel to the various family residences. Therefore free from family commitments
- High school diploma
- B license not required, but preferable
Request for availability to travel abroad, mainly between Italy, France, Germany and England. Full-time stay required as a cohabitant, with two days a week free. Based in Piedmont starting June 2021.
Accommodation and board + remuneration of € 1,500-1,750 net per month depending on experience.
References written and issued to candidates by previous employers and in compliance with the provisions of the privacy regulations will be essential.
The position provides for a daily role within the family and in full-time mode with a regular employment contract and contributions, the prospect of employment with an open-ended contract after passing the probationary period.
The selection process involves filling in a questionnaire, two telephone interviews and a live-a-vis interview.
