Welcome to our home!
We're Sarah and Clément, a winemaking couple living in the Gers region of southwest France, with our three energetic children. We live on a family estate in the countryside, where we make wine... but not only that! Here, you'll also encounter six chickens, eight rabbits, and about fifty sheep. Suffice it to say, nature is part of our daily life.

We're looking for an au pair to come and share our summer (and a part of our lives) with us. So, what can you expect?

We are looking for
one person available for 3 months from May - June - July //
and another person for 2 months from September to October.

If you are here during the school term (May & June, September & October), your help would be invaluable in the mornings to get the children ready for school and at the end of the day, from 5 p.m., to play with them, read stories, and participate in the evening meal. During the day, while the children are at school or daycare, you could help out on the farm: taking care of the chickens, the garden, the vegetable patch, or the sheep, depending on the season and needs.

During the school holidays (July), you will mainly be with the children while we work. They are very active and curious, they love being outside—riding bikes, playing on the swings or in the sandbox—but they also enjoy puzzles, Lego, listening to stories… there's plenty to do!

It's important to know that we truly live in the countryside, with no public transportation nearby. If you like peace and quiet, nature, animals, and the simple life, you'll feel right at home. Otherwise, it might be a bit complicated...

At home, we speak two languages: with Mom (Sarah), it's Swiss German, and with Dad (Clément), it's French.

We enjoy quiet evenings after work, and on weekends, if work permits, we like to go out as a family.

We're very curious to know who will come and share this summer with us here, in our little corner of paradise in the heart of the Gers!
We would be delighted to have someone for the months of May/June/July. In August, we go on vacation (without an au pair).
