Dear Au Pair,

Welcome to our family!

We are so excited about the possibility of sharing our lives with you in our home in Hangzhou. Our family consists of four members: Louise (the mom), Fangjie (the dad), our lovely daughter Annie who is 3 years old, and our baby boy Leo. We also have a friendly housekeeper, Lin Jie, who helps us with daily routines.

As a family, we value kindness, openness, and cultural exchange. We hope you will feel at home with us, and we’re happy to help you discover Chinese culture through shared meals, festivals, and local experiences. We live in a comfortable 270m² apartment in a residential community with great facilities such as a gym, swimming pool, and mini golf practice area. The neighborhood is vibrant, close to theaters, museums, and the famous West Lake.

We’re looking forward to getting to know you and having fun together with the children. Please don’t hesitate to ask us anything you need—we want this to be a meaningful experience for both you and our family.

Job Description

Your main tasks will include:
Taking our daughter to and from preschool (9:00–16:00)
Playing with her in the afternoon (drawing, reading, outdoor games)
Occasionally helping with our baby boy when needed
Joining us on weekend family outings
Helping us with light household support related to the children (no housework)
We expect your working hours to be flexible, mainly from Monday to Friday, with possible occasional activities on weekends (always with prior discussion).
