Dear Au pair
We are looking for someone who will be available as of August 2025 and who is willing to spend 9-12 months with us.
We are looking for a likeable young person (age 19-24, native English / good English), we can not only entrust our three children to but is also motivated to support our family through our daily routine. In return we offer a pleasant environment in our home and will do everything to integrate you in our family life. Nevertheless you will have your own space: Separate bed- and bathroom as well as the necessary freedom to shape and spend your spare time.

Job Description

This is what you will get

* Support to extend your language skills as well as to get to know the Swiss culture
* Contract according to Swiss regulations
* Salary and holidays in line with Swiss regulations as well as board and lodging
* Coverage of health and accident insurance as well as Swiss taxes and contribution to public transport cost
* Weekly working schedule that allows you to attend a language course as well as coverage of corresponding fees Our expectations: Your main task will be to look after our three children. Roughly, a working week will look as follows:
* Saturday- Monday - Free time
* One of these days should be used to clean the own rooms (bath- and bedroom)
* Tuesday - Friday: Between 07.00 – 09.00: Children to be prepared for the day (breakfast, getting dressed, preparing snacks for school etc); Between 11.45-13.00: Prepare lunch ; Depending on school schedules, take care of the kids when they are back in the afternoon (this can involve supporting them with homework, playing, accompanying them to their hobbies)
Additionally you will take care of light household chores such as: Preparing meals for the children and participation in the preparation of family meals; Keeping your own room as well as the children's rooms and lounge neat and tidy; Doing some errands;
We shall ensure that the weekly working time does not exceed 30 hours. Flexibility in terms of asking for additional support outside of regular working hours from time to time is very important for us, but will always remain in the boundaries of working hours agreed.
