Dear au pair,

We would like to warmly welcome you to our family and are very pleased that you are interested in becoming a part of our everyday life. We are a family with two happy children, Annika, who is 8 years old, and Tom, who is 6 years old. We live in a cozy semi-detached house in Erlangen, a city known for its beautiful surroundings and friendly atmosphere.

Since my husband Florian works at Schaeffler in Herzogenaurach and I, Johanna, work in my parents' family business in Vestenbergsgreuth and often work from home during the week, we are looking for loving and reliable support to look after our children in the afternoon. Our children are very bright and are looking forward to getting to know you.

In addition to our small family, we also have our cat Findus and our dog Milo, who are both very friendly and playful.

You will live with us in the newly converted attic, which offers plenty of space and light, and you will have your own bathroom there. We want you to feel as comfortable as possible with us. A bicycle that you can use at any time is also at your disposal. Our house is located in Alterlangen, a pleasant area from which you can reach the city center in just 10 minutes by bike. Shopping, parks and recreational facilities are all easily accessible, as is the language school you may want to attend.
