Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hello, we are a family of 4 and we live in a good neighborhood in Tahiti, French Polynesia. Tahiti is the main island, not too far from Bora bora. As the accomodations are very expensive on the island, it’s a good opportunity to visit during weekends without having to pay a hotel. We speak French and English. We have 2 cats and 1 dog. We are very friendly and ready to welcome you and share our Polynesian culture.

Job Description

We would like to have someone to help as my husband work very late. And it would be nice if our kids could speak English more in our home.

You will have to drop the kids at school and at the nursery and pick them up. Also I need some help to take care of them between school and bedtime (from 5PM to 8 PM).
Sometimes we can ask you to babysit the kids if we go out.

And if you want to run or walk around the neighborhood, you can take the dog with you and have a stroll. We have a nice walk just next to our house.

Sometimes, if we go on vacations, we could ask you to take care of the house and the pets.

Accommodation

We live in a house with a swimming pool and a small garden, you will have your own room and bathroom. We will provide the food and we cook homemade food every night, that you can eat during your lunch if you want to.
You’ll also have a car to drop and pick up the kids with a budget for fuel.

The only thing is that you cannot bring back your friends home.

We have a housekeeper who comes once a week but you’ll have to clean up your room and help putting back the toys everyday.
