Introduction to Our Family:

Hello, my name is Jason, and I am a single father living with my wonderful 13-year-old daughter. I originally come from South Korea, but my daughter was born and raised here in the United States. Our home is a cozy three-story townhome, where we have a small, comfortable room set aside just for you. It is located in Fairfax, VA, USA.
We speak Korean and English at home.

Welcoming You into Our Home:

We are excited to welcome an Au Pair into our family, someone who can share in our daily lives and help us create a warm, caring environment. Your primary responsibility will be to watch over my daughter when she returns from school, perhaps preparing a snack or helping her with light activities. I also may need your assistance on occasions when I am away for business or during weekends.

Beyond that, I would greatly appreciate your help in keeping our home clean and tidy, as there isn’t much day-to-day care required for my daughter unless an emergency arises.

Our neighborhood is very convenient, with a bus stop just a minute’s walk from our home and a supermarket right across the street. We look forward to having you join our family and are eager to create a positive and enriching experience together.

Job Description

As our Au Pair, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the well-being of my 13-year-old daughter. This includes being present when she arrives home from school, preparing a healthy snack, and engaging with her in activities or assisting with her homework as needed. Your role will also involve looking after her during my occasional business trips or weekends when I’m not at home. Additionally, I ask for your support in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our home. While the tasks are generally light, your assistance in keeping our living space tidy will be greatly appreciated. Given that my daughter is quite independent, your focus will be on being a supportive presence and ensuring she is cared for during those key moments.
