Work abroad in Anna Maria's family for 6-24 Months starting from Sep 2024 as an Au Pair and Nanny to take care of 1 children of 1 - 5 years old in Firenze, Tuscany Italy

Hi, I live with my son in Florence, in the center.
I am looking for a reliable person who will not result in an additional problem, given that I am a single parent.
I need help in bringing and picking up the child from kindergarten, not every day, only when the child is not with his father. I'm separated. The child spends two weekends a month with me, so the other two he is with his father and the au pair is free. When the child is with me I try to organize something nice with him, trips out of town, museums, exhibitions, parks. The au pair can come with us on the weekend and I pay the expenses, or she can decide to stay at home. In the afternoons when the child is with me, however. I ask the au pair to speak English with the child. The child is in nursery from 8.30am to 3.30pm so the au pair has every morning to study or work and also has afternoons when the child is with the father (3). I would like the au pair to be part of the family and help keep the house tidy and clean. At home I have a vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, so it's not demanding since we only spend a short time at home. I ask au pairs who need a visa to enter Italy to understand if they are able to obtain it and are available to stay for at least a year, because I don't want to change girls every 90 days.
