We are so excited to welcome you into our family! Having had an au pair for the last four years, we know firsthand how special this experience can be — not only for our kids but for us as well. It’s a relationship built on trust, fun, and shared adventures, and we can’t wait to start this new chapter with you!

We live in the beautiful city of Asheville, North Carolina. Surrounded by calming mountains and filled with vibrant restaurants, cozy cafes, and exciting activities, there’s always something to explore. Our home sits on a large yard with plenty of space for fun — including a swimming pool and lots of outdoor activities — so you’ll find both adventure and relaxation right at your fingertips.

Job Description

As our au pair, your main responsibilities will include:

Childcare: Supporting our kids with their daily routines and activities.

Driving: Taking the kids to and from their various activities, so being comfortable behind the wheel is a must.

Food preparation: Helping prepare simple, healthy meals for the children.

We also encourage you to make the most of your time in Asheville! There are two local universities nearby, and we’re open to discussing support for classes if you’re interested in furthering your education.

Finally, because our kids love swimming — and we have a pool — we ask that you be a confident swimmer.

Accommodation

Our home is large with lots of common space. Your room has a full size bed, TV and vanity with mirror and sink. You have your choice of two bathrooms. The powder room is just downstair and the biohacking room will serve as your full bath. Here you'll find a sauna, cold plunge, full body red light and PowerPlate vibration device. We have a large gym for weight lifting and training if you want to use it! We love our house and neighborhood and know you will too.
