We want someone who can speak German and English(one of them should be fluent)
Our daughter is 5,5 years old and learning both German and English at the same time in bilingual private school. We want someone who is well educated, could be still doing masters or her degree, can be part of the family and be a older sister for our daughter. Education and language level is key for us. The most critical part is we want someone with good heart, honesty and with good references. ( family, friends, previous trainings , employers etc)
We want to interview all candidates either with video conferences or face to face. We are looking for someone who start immediately this is why we do look for someone who does not need visa process to live in Germany. You can also talk with our current Au-Pair for getting more information about our family.
Job Description
The critical and most important part is we need someone who is well educated and speak english&german(one of them) very well and support our child in her development, doing regular homeworks, helping piano exercises, reading, puzzles,arts,crafts etc.
Language skill and her ability to hep our daughter is so crucial.
