The ability to be present (e.g. without a phone scrolling through socials) and maybe not too scared of navigating public transporation (don't worry we will help you understand all the bus connections, subways and trams). Also being talkative with the baby is important to us.

At the point of your start, Matea will go to the daycare, so you will probably only need to pick her up at lunch time (bringing probably wont be necessary, because its right next to Andres Workplace) and spend the afternoon with her. We were warned that children often bring every kind of virus or infection from daycare, so hopefully you have a good immune system.

Working on weekends would at most be during mornings so Mom can deep clean the house in peace. Otherwise we very much want you to enjoy being young and hanging out in a big city like frankfurt.

We are also very aware of the abusive side of the au pair system, so therefore its important to us, that you WONT DO extra hours (30 is the max) and if there would be an emergency situation it would be added for extra vacation days etc.

You can ride with our old skoda, but we suggest you use the public transport, which we would pay here. Also we would encorage you to go to language classes in person, so you meet people in real life.
