Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hi we are a loving and warm family with a nice home that we welcome our future au pair to be like a family member.

I am a single parent working full time in tech at home and need help with my son specially with getting ready and getting to school in the morning. Then picking up in middle of day and driving to afterschool and picking up afterschool, light cooking for dinner, play and bedtime routine. Its the same M-F and on weekends we play, go out to playdates , relax, do chores and go to church.

Weekends we go out to have some fun so we are in and out of the house. Sunday is generally virtual church and chores/cleaning/groceries. We generally are pretty clean as it helps keep my brain organized so would be great if you naturally like a clean place. I'm respectful of your space but also I'm open to just hanging out if we are all around. I'm pretty laid back. I am pretty goofy with my son so we might get a bit silly loud. We like dancing and laughing.

Job Description

My son is loving, creative, sweet , smart, energetic and borderline autistic so I have to be clear with him and give him the schedule of the day and give him times up warnings to help him transition activities. I have some therapists working with him to help with his social skills. The ask is to use same methods to help him navigate expectations.
