Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Good Day to you all!
Thank you for taking the time to consider our family?
There are three of us and our son is an only child and is known as baby uncle. He is a change of life child born unto older parents over child bearing years and his siblings are all adults so he resides at home alone, although he does have 10 other nieces and nephews whom frequent him. We are a traveling family, we love parks and travel distances to sample some good ones or freshly renewed ones and we also love traveling for children's museums across the United States from East Coast of United States to West Coast. We live in a large city yes we do have public transportation and all the perks of a large city like markets for each cultures food , clothing stores by each culture for each culture and more. We are centrally located in California easily accessing Los Angeles and San Francisco not to mention half way between Mexico and Canada, we are known as the Golden State, and it is surely hot, our winters are full of rain wetness and cold, but summers barely get any water and we live in the valley on rolling plains in agriculture Land.

Job Description

Duties: 6 A.M. PST rise
630 A.M. Get Breakfast together
One protein one carb one fruit and milk
6:50 A.M. Wake him up loves hugs and affection first thing in the A.M as a motivator
710 A.M. Help dress himself and moisturizer his hair and brush his teeth and moisturizer his skin
730 A.M Eat
750 A.M. Out the door to school
8 A M. Clean up after him from making his bed picking up his room and cleaning any dishes from breakfast and removing trash or litter he left behind
8:30 A.M - 1230 P.M PST. Personal time
1 P.M. make after school snack
Prepare activity or home studies
1:30 P.M. pickup from school and give snack
2:00 P.M. quiet time indoor activity
3:30 P.M. park trip
4:30 P..M. return home
Pick up any mess he has left over from wrappers to plates to clothing backpack and debris from school and shoes and socks and put them away
5 P.M.PST - 6:00 A.M. Pacific standard time

* When traveling invitation will be extended travel costs will be paid room and board will be paid similar duties for similar hours just while traveling. Late morning hours will be used for educational time and lessons, afternoon time will be used for physical exertion. Any additional entertainment costs and shopping beyond necessaries will be of the Au Pairs own expense. I do not mind if Au Pair drinks alcoholic beverages as long as not on duty. Smoking is at own discretion in designated areas which is mainly outside. Weekends are yours to yourself unless an invitation has been extended for travel, which can happen frequently, in that case you are able to accept or deny and if accept well obviously you are stuck with us that weekend, but don't be afraid to ask of sights or places to visit in the area we are traveling too, we can make room for some of your desires also as long as it is feasible and pragmatic.

Accomodations consist of a guest bedroom with an office attached to it, which holds a full size bed a TV with cable dressers ceiling fan light and AC unit along with central air and heat washer and dryer full service kitchen, although the space is shared as previously mentioned I access the office regularly daily for work filing computer printing faxes and more.
