Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Looking for a short-term, english-speaking au pair (Sept–Oct 2025) in Bavaria

Hi there!
We’re a friendly Polish family of three – mom, dad and our cheerful 3-year-old son. Although we’re originally from Poland, we lived in Germany from 2015 and have been living in the UK for the past two years.
This autumn (September and October), we’ll be spending a little over two months in Germany – in a village near Erlangen, Bavaria – and we’re looking for a kind, responsible English-speaking au pair to help us with our son during the day while we work.
He’s an active and curious little boy who speaks Polish and English (but not German yet), so we’d love for you to speak to him only in English.
We’d like you to take him to nearby playgrounds, join kids’ classes or simply spend time playing and exploring with him in fun and age-appropriate ways. No housework expected – just cleaning up after yourself and keeping things tidy around the child.
We obviously offer a private room, pocket money, meals, lots of nature and good vibes! If you’re in the EU and looking for a warm host family for a couple of months – feel free to message us.
