Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hello! We're an Israeli-Japanese nomad couple. We have 2 little girls and looking for someone who can help us with the smallest one (born in August 2023). No specific responsibilities at the moment I believe we can sit and chat about it.
We live in a big 4 bedroom house in one of the best areas in Fukuoka - southern island, warm with many fruits and vegetables growing on the trees all year round.
Keep in mind we cannot make you a visa (as far as I know) but for some countries, getting a 1-year working holiday visa is possible.
