We are a kind, fun, loving family of 4 - Mom, Alexa (American 33), Dad, Thomas (Danish 45)+ 2 twin boys (will be 3 in July) are looking for our second Au pair to be a part of our family and help us out with child care, cooking, and light housekeeping. We have had an amazing experience with our first au pair, but she would like to focus on her future and career.

Thomas is an artist who has a company making sculptures all around the world and I also work in the company so this requires us to travel 3-6+ months a year as a family. 

We would have you to come with us when both of us need to be on a project and we would need to get you a B1/B2 visa for the US as many of our clients are there. When our family is not traveling we live and work on a large farm near Roskilde, Denmark which is a 5 minute walk to the local train to get into Roskilde or Copenhagen.

Your primary tasks will be taking care of the twins, light housekeeping, occasional cooking.

Most important is that you are caring, kind, and love kids and also are up for an adventurous life with us and exploring new places. We need our au pair to be flexible as our schedules can change for projects, events, or meetings. We enjoy hiking and doing outdoorsy things when we have time off and going to flea markets and recycled thrift stores.

You should have experience working with kids and have references. The ideal start date would be beginning of September, 2025. A bonus is if you have worked with twins or multiples. You must be willing to be flexible and travel often, sometimes for multiple months at a time.

Formal qualifications:
-From the EU (We think this is the easiest option to get a US visa at the moment)
-Minimum 12 months with the possibility of extension
- Driver’s License
- Fluent in English.
- Documented experience as nanny or au pair with children for atleast 1 year (qualification for US visa)
-Non Smoking
