Job Description

Your Role:**
- **Weekday Routine:**
- **Mornings (Mon-Fri):** Help Gabe prepare for school (meds, breakfast, hygiene, dressing) and drive him to school.
- **School Hours:** Free time for meal prep, rest, or personal activities.
- **Afternoons/Evenings:** Pick Gabe up at 2 PM, supervise lunch, and spend 1 hour supporting homework or non-screen activities (e.g., crafts, walks, or sports). Afterward, you’ll both have free time until dinner.
- **Evenings:** Assist with dinner prep, prompt Gabe to help with dishes/shower, and ensure he winds down by 10:30 PM (teeth brushing, bedtime routine).
- **once a week:** Guide Gabe with laundry and tidying his room (we focus on teaching life skills, not doing tasks for him!).

**Weekends:** Mostly yours to explore Fort Myers! I’ll occasionally need help if traveling for work (rare, with advance notice).
