Requirement or duties as an au pair what I expect

1. Fluent English and have enough knowledge to help my girl doing their homework and help their study like math or science in English.(But never worry about the level of math or science, just 2nd grade of elementary school and kindergarten level)
2. You are not a worker but also not an our invited guest. That means we do house chores like cooking, laundry, cleaning room together. Although we have housemaid and nanny(stay in) for my 3rd son, you may be a family member and always act like a family member like the parents
3. We will try to keep your free time and privacy, but during living together, there would be something happened unexpected. So, I want you will help us when an emergency or urgent situation, like just family.
4. We can provide meal and accommodation. But also, you are an adult. So, sometimes you need to prepare your meal by own yourself for you or make some meals or snack for kids.
5. Keep talking each other. There will be little complaints or conflict while live together. However we can solve everything with conversation. Always tell me and let me know if there is something wrong with you. So do I.
6. Participate with family event such as my kids entrance ceremony and/or local trips
7. We need energetic person both in physically and mentally. My kids always want to play out for running, riding bicycle and doing jump rope. Even inside the home, they want to run and hop. So, we need to someone with good energy.

Working hours will be negotiable but, usually will be afternoon and evening time when kids are at home after school
