Work abroad in virginie's family for 12-24 Months starting from Feb 2024 as an Au Pair to take care of 3 children of 1 - 5 years old & 6 - 10 years old in Gent, Belgium

Hello to you who are discovering our family,
We look forward to welcoming the person who will agree to join us in caring for our children. We speak 4 languages at home: English, French, Dutch and sign language. French with Achilles, William and Maria, Dutch with Marieke and Arthur and English between all of us! Sign language helps support the learning of other languages.
We live in a very beautiful house in the city center of Ghent (Gent), the prettiest city in Belgium! We work hard as consultants, in business strategy and digital transformation, but we prioritize moments of joy and sharing at the end of the day and on weekends. We love good food and wine, Saturdays with lots of activities and lazy Sundays. We have children with special needs, this makes us an atypical family but full of joy!
We are looking for someone who is passionate about child development, who is interested in the child's talents rather than the difficulties and who will help us create an environment for each child to cultivate their own personality. We have rules of life based on respect and a sense of service. And we want our children to be able to discover arts and culture. William loves dancing, Maria loves drawing, Marieke loves singing and Arthur loves history.
