Hello!

Our house is located in Genval, 25km from the center of Brussels, where we both work, with rather unpredictable hours.
And that's why we need you! To help us daily, by picking up Malo from school (by car), and by acting as a big brother or sister while waiting for us. Sometimes we'll need a hand with his meals, but we're not looking for a chef! :-)
Malo is already very talkative in French, and we'd like him to understand a little English or Italian (will he be as talkative in this new language?!)
We expect creativity, patience, enthusiasm, seriousness, respect, and, of course, independence from you.
We offer you support, the opportunity to practice French (especially when the child is away), and a home where you can connect and thrive.

The train station is a 15-minute walk away, and trains to Brussels, Wavre, or Louvain-la-Neuve (a student city) leave every half hour. You'll find language schools there if you'd like to learn and practice more formally.
There's also a shopping area about a fifteen-minute walk away (supermarket, gym, shops, bakery).
And we have an electric bike you can borrow, if you prefer...

Finally, the lake isn't very far either. It's perfect for a break during the day, to let off steam by running around it, or to relax after all the excitement of the day...
