We are looking for a Demi Au Pair to start from 8th December 2024 till 12th January 2025.

We look forward to hosting you and welcome you to Australia and into our home and hopefully make this a memorable experience for you.

Please check your visa eligibility from Australian government website beforhand as we are unable to sponsor your visa.

We live in Gold Coast which is a beautiful coastal city in Queensland Australia.
We live in a 4 bedroom house which we own and is newly built. We have made one bedroom into an office/ study room and can be used by you for study or office work. We have all necessary amenities such as linen, blankets etc which we would provide. The house is centrally air conditioned and heated. There are parks and walking tracks throughout the locality. There is a Leisure centre with gym and pool at walking distance. The house is conveniently located and is walking distance to the train station at Helensvale and Helensvale Town Shopping Center. M1 Pacific Motorway is also located at stone’s throw.

We are happy to provide reference from our previous and current Au Pairs.

Job Description

Requirements
We are looking for someone who is confident, enthusiastic, likes to take initiative and is overall a friendly and a family oriented person.

We would like someone who can
- Ok to eat Halal meat when at home.
- No pork or alcohol consumed in the house
- non smoker
- blue card holder from Australia or willing to apply
- Police certificate or criminal check from country of origin
- Confident in driving and holds a valid driver’s license

Support expected
Upto 20-25 hours weekly (4-5 hrs/day) doing the following:

* Support expected in picking up our 3 year old from kindy and looking after her for upto 2- 3 hours/day and on days she doesn’t attend kindy.

Weekends, some weekdays and most evenings would be free and happy for you to work elsewhere when not working for us.

* Household Support expected in the following 1.5 -2 hours/ day

- Loading/unloading dishwasher
- Assistance in general cleaning of the living areas
- Taking out trash from kitchen as necessary
- Washing and folding laundry
