Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

** looking for an english speaking aupair starting in summer 2025 in munich***

Dear Aupair,

We are a german family with three little kids, Helena 6, Augustin 8 and Ferdinand 10 years old and our cute Beagle Emma.
We lived in shanghai for 4 years and moved back to our hometown munich in september 2020.
We look for a happy, calm, smiling and enthusiastic aupair to help us out with the kids, the dog and become part of our family. The main reason we look for an aupair is that the kids learn and improve their english speaking skills, thats the reason why we look for an english speaking aupair. As family language we speak german of course, so you can improve and practice your german skills;-)
Our new house is in a green suburb of munich called Grünwald with a nice garden, pool and a big forest around the corner. You have your own appartment like bedroom, bathroom and living room. Within 5 min you can walk to Grûnwald city center with all the shops and the public transport to the city. It is totally fine for us if you take language classes as the kids are busy with school during the week.
We love to travel and look forward to show you around in europe. Our religion is catholic and we love swimming, hiking in the mountains, sailing, skiing, riding a bike and being in the nature.

Job Description

The most important thing for us is that you become part of our family and the kids really like you as a big sister and you become good friends. We want you to speak english with the kids ( they already speak english as their second language) and play with them after school, go to playground, join afterschool activities, help me with some errands and light household things like cooking, setting the table, cleaning up the kids rooms, walking the dog, we are a very warm and welcoming family and share most of the daily things and enjoy family meals all together. We have a cleaning lady coming every week for deep cleaning the house. We pay our aupairs 280 euro a month for 25-30h per week, premium health insurance, mobile data, public transport and german language classes.
Your working hours during the week with the kids are between 3-7 and taking care of the dog during the day (if i have to go to work in the city) walking Emma ( preferably in the morning and after lunch or after dinner and babysitting if needed.
