Au pair duties:
• Help with looking after my two children, Medina (8 years old) and Mariam (2 years old).
• Take the children to and from daycare and school.
• Prepare healthy meals, especially lunch, when I am working. When I am at home, I do this myself.
• Help with the daily organization and structuring of the daily routine.
• Motivate the children and support them with their daily tasks (e.g. meals, dressing and leisure activities).
• Take on light household tasks such as tidying up, vacuuming, folding laundry and doing small shopping.
• Accompanying the children on activities such as walks or trips in the village.
• Providing the children with loving and structured care, with a clear understanding of discipline and order.

Experience and skills:
• Experience in dealing with children is important, especially with younger children (ages 2 to 8).
• Enjoying creative and playful activities and a structured and disciplined approach.
• Ability to integrate into a new family and work respectfully.
• A well-groomed appearance and good personal hygiene.
• Flexibility and willingness to be actively involved in family life and to contribute your own ideas when needed.
• Good communication skills and openness to feedback.
• Trustworthiness and honesty are of the utmost importance to me. I expect you to be honest with me, to act respectfully and reliably. This also means that you do not tell lies, do not take anything away, and that we can trust each other completely.

Expectations:
• You should be able to work with the children lovingly but also consistently to give them a clear structure.
• Discipline and a sense of responsibility are important to me. You should be reliable and organized.
• You should be able to complete your tasks independently and take on responsibility, but also be willing to work as part of a team with me and the children.
• Honesty and trust are essential. I expect you to communicate openly and honestly with me in every respect. I want to make sure that you feel safe and comfortable here,au how I can rely on you.
• You should feel at home with us and be integrated into family life. You are not only a support for me, but also a big sister to my children and like a daughter to me. You will be an important part of our everyday life and our family, and we expect you to be involved with heart and commitment.
• It is important to me that you build a good relationship with my children, give them a loving home and at the same time convey clear boundaries and structure. The children should feel just as comfortable in your presence as they do with me.
